Refer a Teacher
Morgan Recruiting is always looking for qualified teachers to place in our schools. Therefore, if you know someone who would be a great teacher, refer them to us. If the teacher you refer to us signs with one of our schools, we will provide you with a referral bonus of 150,000 won✳ (about $140). The applicant that you refer must meet the basic qualifications to teach in Korea. For more information about the basic requirements to teach in Korea, click here.
✳The referral bonus will be direct deposited into your account after 90 days from your referred teacher’s arrival in Korea.
