show/hide answer

After submitting your application, we will review its contents and contact you within 24 hours. We will then begin presenting you with teaching positions that match the criteria you mentioned in your application and interview with us. Once you find a school that you are interested in, we will arrange a brief interview with the school director. If both sides are in agreement we will send you the contract to sign and start the process of getting your E-2 teaching visa for Korea. To read more about the entire hiring procedure, click here.
When is the best time to apply?

We hire teachers throughout the year for our schools. The busiest times are March and September but we do have jobs starting every month. We recommend that if you are interested in working in Korea, apply early. This will give more opportunity to find what you are looking for.
Why use a recruiter?
show/hide answer

Recruiters have access to a lot of jobs that may not be posted online. Furthermore, recruiters are familiar with all of the rules of the industry and are prepared to help you through the entire application process. Finally, recruiting services are offered to you, free of charge. When using a recruiter it is recommended that you stick to one recruiter at a time. The main reason for this is that schools often use multiple recruiters and if you send your resume to every recruiter out there it may result in your resume ending up 4 or 5 times at the same source. This can cause recruiters and schools to not take you seriously. If after dealing with your recruiter, you aren’t satisfied with what is being offered, tell the recruiter you’d rather deal with another company.
Are you a licensed recruiting agency?
show/hide answer
Are there any fees for these services?
show/hide answer

No, we provide all of our services to teachers free of charge. We are paid by our client schools to find teachers on their behalf and never charge any fees to teachers. The only fees the applicants have are the processing of their documents in their own country (criminal background check, E-2 visa stamp) and sending their documents to Korea.
What kinds of services do you offer?
show/hide answer

I believe that the services offered by Morgan Recruiting, such as our Orientation Package for new teachers and our post-arrival to Korea system of follow-up checks place us among the top agencies in the field. As a recruiting agency, we believe it is one of our main duties to prepare teachers to come to Korea. As such, we make it our goal to offer as much information as possible and provide the best services around for teachers coming to Korea. This includes answering all of the questions applicants may have about the process, assisting applicants in the process of getting their E-2 visa and flight arrangements and offering applicants a personalized job search so that they are presented with schools that meet their preferences in a no-pressure environment.
What is your background?
show/hide answer

I came to Korea from Victoria, Canada in 1996 and began working for a small school north of Seoul in Kyonggi-do. From there I moved to an institute in Seoul and worked there for a few years. I finally came to work at a large university in Seoul for a few more years. I got interested in recruiting teachers for Korea a couple of years back as a result of the high demand for teachers in Korea.
